Our services

Websmith Designs provides website design, development, audits, custom code, and ongoing care. These terms give the general framework for working together. The specific details of any project — scope, deliverables, and timeline — are set out in the written proposal we agree with you, which takes precedence if anything here differs.

Payment

Unless your proposal says otherwise, projects are billed in two parts: a 50% deposit to begin work, and the remaining 50% on completion, before the final files or site are handed over.

Revisions

Each project includes two rounds of revisions so we can refine the work together. Additional rounds or changes beyond the agreed scope can be arranged and may affect the timeline and cost.

Ownership

Ownership of the final website and its deliverables transfers to you once full payment has been received. Until then, the work remains ours.

Your responsibilities

To keep your project on track, you agree to provide the content, images, and brand assets we need in good time, and to give feedback at the agreed stages. Delays in supplying these can affect the timeline.

Limitation of liability

We take care to deliver work to a high standard, but to the extent permitted by law, Websmith Designs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of your website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the project it relates to.
